All artworks are carefully packaged and shipped from the United Kingdom. We aim to ensure that every piece arrives safely and in excellent condition.

1. Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days of purchase.

For made-to-order or custom works, processing times may be longer. Any extended timelines will be clearly communicated at the point of sale.

2. UK Shipping

We offer shipping across the United Kingdom using trusted courier services.

  • Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days after dispatch

  • Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout based on size and weight

  • Tracking: Provided for all shipments

3. International Shipping

We ship worldwide.

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–15 business days after dispatch (depending on destination)

  • Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout based on size and weight

  • Tracking: Provided for all international orders

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

5. Packaging

All artworks are packaged with great care using protective materials appropriate to the piece, including reinforced cardboard, corner protectors, and where necessary, bespoke shipping boxes.

6. Insurance

All shipments are insured against loss or damage in transit.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of the packaging and the artwork.

7. Delays

While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (e.g. courier issues, customs delays, peak periods).

We appreciate your patience in such cases.

8. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect information.
